Pick the values from there or use provisioning as described in the Provisioning Guide on Sipuras web site (http://www.sipura.com/Documents/LinksysSPATFTPProv.pdf )
You must then install a TFTP server e.g Solarwinds ( http://www.solarwinds.net )
and a Syslog server e.g. Kiwi ( http://www.kiwisyslog.com )
Be sure to open UDP port 514 in your XP firewall to get Syslog working.
