You need: first and last name, current address, date of born and phone number
When you have this data, you subscribe at Sipgate.de (http://www.sipgate.de/user/index.php)
Choose all free options and fill in all the requested data. At the end you get a german phone number. When you download their Sipgate X-lite client, you receive your calls on this client.
