Please do the following: 

1. Go to www.crossloop.com and click on the 'Download' link
2. Once you have downloaded the software and installed it (follow the instructions and accept the agreement), you can launch the software by clicking on the CrossLoop icon
3. Click on the 'Host' tab (in Dutch "ontvangen")
4. We will ask your Access Code
5. Now we both click on the "Connect" button
